Disability Motivation

Some of the disability issues occur when there is less motivation from parents. Difference in disability issue that is affecting mental status or issue is occurring due to lack of mental abilities. With the help of motivation, both the cases solving and managing is possible.
As per some of the disability issues identified, the motivation problems and needs discussed below (Warshaw, M. G., 2002):
I) Auditory processing will not be occurring in tests of hearing because the ability is not about hearing but it is about processing of verbal information received. The motivation possibilities of overcoming this disability issue are by providing attention and education on one-to-one basis. There should be absence of sound of crowd and individual should have specific on single basis attention.
II) ADHD/inattentive disability issue is facing problems and issues for not being able to process or understand question properly. They will be having problems in multilevel of questions. The motivation is providing individual with proper attention that is without rudeness or boring teaching. There will be cases for disobedience if there are boring teaching environment. They will need instructions that are in writing rather than verbal and mixed up information.
III) Executive functions are disability issue of getting organized or planning for specific thing. They will show that they are losing their assignments and their study areas are not in good shape showing disorganization. They will have bad writing skills and disorganized paragraphs. There will be pressure to get organized and this will affect them. The motivation of these individuals will be by providing them with specific instruction on methods of organizing and planning. Therefore, it is not about just taking care but helping them out with methods and techniques.
IV) Dysgraphia is about child is facing issues with writing mechanism that is language disability issue. They might be able to write letters by copying but this does not solve they are lacking automaticity for writing fluently while determining and thinking about content of writing. This can be about developing contents disability. When these individuals motivated and when they understand methods and techniques they become good writers and content developers and they draw better than anyone else does. They will be having writing and drawing aggressive skills and techniques.
The disability issues identified are not the only around the world but there are many various kinds and types. Each disability issue is different and there is difference in level too. This proves that every individual facing disability issue should get proper and direct attention to learn methods of developing and improving these issues before they become problem in their life.
