Disability Issues

Disability issues are actually challenges that student or employee will face due to special needs or lack of physical and mental incapability. It becomes an issue and problem when special needs individual is not able to cope up with the society and community contributing at the same or above level. Individual with special needs will face many issues during their life from education until employment towards retirement.
The purpose of disability paper project is to present disability issues along with possibilities of overcoming these challenges that they will face. Therefore, the paper aimed at researching issues and providing ideas and recommendations so special needs individual will be able to overcome it.
It is possible when there is family support including people from the community. The people should look at special needs individual with motivation and support rather than discriminating or avoiding them. The disability becomes issue for special needs individual because there is no support or motivation that will help them to overcome these issues and problems within less time.
Every country is providing facilities and services for special needs individual because they are different and they need more attention and appropriate environment than others do. They are providing these facilities and services after identifying special needs individual needs and requirements. The early they obtain special attention and development programs the sooner they will get better and overcome disability issues. They should have the issues as challenge rather than problem that have no solution for it.
The disability issues related to mental rather than physical because there are more challenges for individual with special needs due to mental or leaning incapability. The issues are parents or educational institutions not being able to identify disability issue until they are grownups and failure or discouragement touched their demotivation. The inability to identify is because individual with special needs sent to school that is not paying attention to individual needs and parents are too busy to follow-up and take care of them. There are several disability issues and all are challenges for special needs individual due to lack of support in their living environment.
According to learning from paper, there are challenges that special needs individual will face and this is not an issue until and unless there is not support or appropriate facility for them. They should get the opportunity to learn better as per their needs and requirements. The recommendations and suggestions are that individual with special needs should gain opportunity and special attention or care. Moreover, parents should take of their children and provide them with the best facility and schooling. This will enable proper development and handling of disability issues. There are unique and differentiated issues and not every child possesses the same level.
The problems and issues identified might seem somewhat normal but repetition of not being able to create disabilities issues. It is about taking care of individual and helping them out with techniques and methods so that they will be able to overcome and take this challenge. The absence of proper opportunity and learning will result in complications for parents and child. The earlier the situation handled the sooner it will improve.
It is important that disability issues treated and provided good amount of attention at the earliest before they become discouraged due to the people around them. The disability issues poor development responsibilities are on the parents and they should be able to locate for them good facilities that are definitely helping them. This will ensure that children will get the best and it is helping them to overcome their problems and challenges from an early stage. The sooner they handle issues the better it will get within no time. The absence of support from family and appropriate school will result in left alone and difficulty in facing life creating confusions and worsening their situation of disabilities.
