Digital Key Management System
Digital Key Management System (DKMS) is a digital modular system for safekeeping of keys and valuables assets using electrical key control systems. Every key set in a DKMS is attached to a unique keyTag. The keytag enables monitoring and tracking of every key set using the digital modular system. The entire system is tracked and monitored at the main user’s end which is used for the identification of owner of the key and its specific location en route.
DKMS is used across several industries and is popular in Legal services, Retail, Transport etc.
KeyTag Holder
Key Owner is the one possessing the key and is marked as the keyTag holder in the modular system. The path followed by the keyTag holder and different locations are monitored and tracked by this electronic modular key management system.
Terminal User
The keyTag path and location tracking is monitored at the Terminal user’s end. The electronic system is complete at the terminal user’s end. Here, the keyTags are traced and located on the electronic modular system.
Report Generation
Software like Commander Software and various other RFID-based key management systems offer keyTag tracking and report generation functions using the Digital Key Management System.
The report is generation as per the recordings of the keyTag holder’s position, key number, access control, data and time details. The exact position and keytag holder’s identification is verified through generated reports.
