Die: Roll to Proceed

is an existential comedy by Joe Kurtz and developed by Mind The Art Entertainment. It was originally designed and directed by Christian De Gré and premiered at La MaMa Experimental Theater Club in 2010. It was co-produced by the director and Ashley C. Williams and featured Joe Kurtz, Justin Anselmi, Amanda Kay Schill, Robert Moreira and David Williams. In January 2012 Mind The Art Entertainment announced that the play will run for six months at The Red Room on East 4th street. The play has also been converted into an art exhibit for Fountain at The Armory and has been published as a choose your own ending novel. The story follows two roommates, George and Rob, as they embark on comedic misadventures at the expense of George's girlfriend Kate and their landlord Grizelda. The show relies on audience participation and has 72 possible endings. |
