Devagiri Church is located in Eranakulam District in Kerala, India. It is a small church with 300 plus families. This church was part of Anappara church which is the neighbor parish. Then later own it became independent. Devagiri was a forest before,and later people occupied it and converted into agricultural land.Now Devagiri has changed a lot as many of its parishioners are abroad. They started to mingle with different culture and made drastic change. Now many of the women from Devagiri are working in different parts of the world as nurser as it the usual trend in Kerala. Not only women but also men are working abroad and earning lot of money. This has changed the living style a lot.
