Derrick Baranowsky (born 1971) is an American musician from the Washington, DC metropolitan area of Rockville, MD. In his musical career he has been the guitarist and writer for Washington, DC-area bands such as Adam West, The Filth And The Fury, Scanner Freaks, and presently with , performing alongside fellow Washington, DC musician John Stabb of Government Issue fame. Baranowsky has become known for his edgy yet melodic sound, and his high energy performances. The Washington Post referenced his contribution to band Adam West saying: "The addition of Baronowsky also completed the musical shift of Adam West from somewhat campy garage band into a roaring jet engine of a full-on rock band". He has created album art, promotional artwork, and merchandise designs for many of his bands. He also once ran a successful music repair and custom effects business with customers such as Clutch and The Anderson Council.
