Deborah Soule (born July 25, 1969) is an American Criminal. She is currently incarcerated at Bedford Hills maximum security prison for women in Bedford NY for the January 14, 1995 manslaughter of two-year-old Nicholas Christian Miller born October 19, 1992 in Dansville NY. According to court documents She also said she may have shoved and kicked him once. Soule’s six year old daughter was also in the room and was roused by the noise. She later told investigators that she saw her mother “doing something” to Nicholas that night. Arrested on January 17, 1995, Soule’s indictment included endangering the welfare of a child, first and second degree manslaughter, third degree assault, and second degree murder. Soule was tried and convicted in Ontario County, NY. Soule is currently serving a 21 year to life sentence for 2nd degree murder and 1st degree manslaughter at Bedford Hills correctional facility in Bedford, NY. She will be eligible for parole in January 2016, it will be her initial release appearance.On February 7, 2012 Deborah Soule was transferred to Albion Correctional facility. NYS inmate lookup
