Dayata - pictures, used in yoga practice - for meditation and deep understanding of oneself. In meditation practice - for improving health as well as treatment of variety of ilnesses. In sports - for improving control over the psychological states before competition and recovery afterwards.
Total number is 108 Dayatas. Each one has its own meaning, area of application and has a specific effect when used. When used as a picture, for meditation, practitioner reads specific only to this Dayata mantra and concentrates on the specific to this Dayata Meanings. The number of meanings for each level is: first level - three, second level - seven, third level - twelve.
