Daviker was founded in 1992 by Dave Fricker and is a developer of business software products based in Manchester, United Kingdom. Daviker was originally known as Telecom Applications and the business has recently experienced rapid growth . They traded as TouchStar CCS and rebranded as Daviker in February 2010 . Daviker’s current slogan is “when you grow, we grow!”. Daviker’s main areas of business are TouchStar Call Centre Software, TotalWorkFlow and Daviker Telecom.

Daviker is the exclusive supplier of the TouchStar predictive dialler and call centre software within the UK market. Predictive diallers allow companies to increase productivity and efficiency by maximising the number of calls made by call centre agents . The TouchStar Predictive Dialler is a premise-based system that includes features such as call recording, management information, ACD, IVR and scripting . Daviker offers 24/7/365 support and free training to TouchStar customers and has developed additional software such as SMS engines, payment engines and wallboards that integrate with the TouchStar system .

TotalWorkFlow is an innovative workflow software application targeted at SME’s within the UK. The TotalWorkFlow company based also in Manchester, was founded by the Dave Robert Fricker. The software allows companies to improve processes, increase accountability of staff and increase management visibility.The TotalWorkFlow software has been designed for whole range of industries and specific jobs including debt and IVA management, insurance sales and processing, claims management, call centre processing and coach operators.The TotalWorkflow software is written in VB.Net (Visual Basic.Net) which is an object orientated computer programming language and is the next generation of Microsoft Visual Basic (VB). Built in .Net framework allows deployment and interoperability with other systems, vital in a BPM environment .
