David Martirosyan

David (Davit) Martirosyan is a Filmmaker, Director and Cinematographer. He has worked on more than 30 short films, 5 feature documentaries and many advertising projects as a cameraman, director and photographer, both in Armenia and abroad.
Biography
David is a filmmaker mainly specialized in Cinematography. He was a member of Manana Films Studio in Armenia. In 2011 worked as a cinematographer in the Armenian TV Show "The Sinners" produced in Los Angeles CA.
In 2012 he started to work with RK Studios in Toronto, Canada.
His first short film was produced at age of 11. The first feature documentary was made at age of 14. In most of his movies the topics are social problems, including Poverty, AIDS, Human Rights, Discrimination and Violence.
He started to learn filmmaking when he was just 10 years old, while attending after school filmmaking classes in MananaYouth Center.
David studied in the Department of Photography at the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinematography.
From January 2012 he is in Toronto Film School at RCC INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY for Film Production.
