David Carli

Paul David Carli (born May 10, 1982 in Amstelveen, The Netherlands) was the first president of the Confederation of European New Federations. He was unanimously chosen as CENF president by his fellow CENF founder members in November 2007. He currently lives in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He stepped down as CENF president on August 23, 2008. During his run as president, Carli was also the webmaster of the original CENF website, the administrator of the CENF internet forum/message board and the editor-in-chief of the CENF newsletters. He is currently the unofficial spokesperson and the unofficial advisor for the CENF.


Carli supported unrecognised football nations in Europe. During his run as CENF president, he worked together with the NF-Board. The CENF is the European confederation of the NF-Board.


Carli and the CENF members have been taking the first steps to improving communication within the world of non-FIFA football by launching a special forum for non-FIFA football.


Carli works for Carli Productions B.V. as a videographer and video editor.
