Darrin Dykes was a minor owner in the NASCAR Busch Series during the 2003 season. His team appeared in the Mr. Goodcents 300 at Kansas Speedway in October 2003, qualifying 29th and finishing 25th. The team would not compete in any other events and ceased operations in November 2003 when he returned to the private sector.
