Danton Supple

Danton Supple is a record producer and mixer based in London. He is notably known for his Production work on two Coldplay albums: X&Y (Produced) & A Rush Of Blood To The Head (Mixed tracks 2, 3, 6, 8, 10). He has also several other albums and singles such as Starsailor's 'Silence is Easy' (Produced), Patti Smith's 'Glitter In Their Eyes' and Charlie Simpson's 'Young Pilgrim'.
Early career
Supple started his career at Sarm West Studios as a recording engineer working under Trevor Horn, Julian Mendelsohn and Steve Lipson. He then moved to Westside studios where he worked with Clive Langer and Alan Winstanley. In 1994, Supple went freelance, working on records for Phil Spector, Gil Norton, Mike Hedges, Steve Osborne, Ken Nelson, Paul Oakenfold, Brian Eno, Hugh Jones, Mark Saunders and Ian Stanley.
Recent work
Supple currently works out of room 4 in Strongroom Studios in Shoreditch of which he helped redevelop in 2013. He has recently been working with Norma Jean Martine (Signed to Universal Germany) on her debut album, mixed the new Soulsavers record featuring Dave Gahan and has been working with Mark Eitzel of American Music Club.
