File:Keanu Clinger Dance of the Furies.jpg Dance of the Furies is a 1995 comedy feature by Gabriel Maitreya (one of three films he made under the name Keanu Clinger). It is a psychedelic story about two friends making different films which cuts back and forth between their stories. The story makes passing reference to the death of actor River Phoenix, whose narration appears briefly in the director's previous feature, Dogma (1994). It features what was then previously unreleased music by Ween and a brief cameo by model Fabio. It was designed for broadcast on cable access stations, but the original runtime of 160min exceeded the time many stations allotted for viewer submissions. The master was destroyed in 1995, but the title was reconstructed from recorded cablecasts for a DVD release in 2005. 1. Lexicon:Crown of Meat - The Films of Gabriel Maitreya (Red Cathedral Books) 2.
