Daniel Allen "Dan" Arnett (born July 10, 1984) is a Conservative Republican candidate for U.S. Congress in Oklahoma's District 2, running against the incumbent Dan Boren in the 2010 election cycle. Arnett is a 9-12 Project Candidate who is running on a platform of 1. Accountability, 2. Backbone from elected Representatives, and 3. Preservation of the United States Constitution. Contract with District 2 On September 26, 2009, at the Republican Party District 2 meeting in McAlester, Dan Arnett announced and signed the "New Contract with America" with the constituents of District 2, which was witnessed by District 2 Chair Jo Rainbolt. The contract states a number of ways for the voters to keep him accountable in voting constitutionally, in which if he doesn't follow to the letter, he asks them to remove him from office.
