D.C. Cordova

DC Cordova (born November 14, 1953) is the CEO of the organization that has presented the Money & You Program, the
Excellerated Business Schools for Entrepreneurs and other Excellerated programs
since 1979. She continued with this work after the creator of the program, Marshall
Thurber, went on to develop other breakthrough technologies.

She worked directly with Marshall Thurber, creator of the Burklyn School of Business, and Robert Kiyosaki during the early days of Money & You. In 1985, DC & Kiyosaki took over the seminar business, with Kiyosaki retiring in 1991, and promptly shifted the market to Australia and New Zealand, recently re-entering the North American Market. She is considered a “Mentor of Nurturing” and works closely with top Management teams and businesses to empower good relationships.


She is a founding member of the Transformational Leadership Council (TLC) along with Jack Canfield in 2004. In the summer of 2005, at a meeting in Aspen Colorado, the film The Secret was filmed at the TLC meeting. Almost all of the speakers featured in the film are TLC members.
