Curb Stomping is the act of taking a victim's head and forcefully make them bite a cement curb, then stomping on the back of the head, successfully killing the person and breaking their jaw/teeth This is usually a race crime, but exceptions have been made. This act was exemplified in the movie, American History X, in which Derek, the protagonist, curb stomps a black man whom was trying to rob his truck with 2 other men a part of a gang.
