Cove Country Opry

The Cove Country Opry is a non-profit music show held on the 2nd Saturday of every month in Copperas Cove, Texas. This show is well liked by Texans and Oklahoma and Louisiana. The variety show has been featured in many travel magazines as one of the best live music shows. The Cove Country Opry stated in 2001 by Hilde Hilton as a fundraiser for the local Fire Dept. to raise funds to purchase a thermal imager. The Opry was successful in purchasing the thermal imager and the Opry fans wanted to show to continue monthly. The crowds continued to grow every month and entertainers from all over the world starting participating in the regular performances at the Opry. Country Music Artist The Travelers provide the music support for the Opry. This is one of the best live music shows I've ever been involved with say Trey Hooten, Director of the Cove Country Opry. The fans love this show and we feature the best performers from all over. This is a family show and all ages are welcome and kids under 12 are free. The Cove Country Opry is held the 2nd Saturday of every month at the Copperas Cove Knights of Columbus Ball Room located on FM 2657 in Copperas Cove, Texas.
