Corbett Keeling is an independent corporate finance firm specialising in advisory services for middle-market companies. The firm provides a variety of advisory services including mergers & acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins and specialist advice. The firm, which is based in London, was founded in 1993. History Corbett Keeling was founded in 1993 by Jim Keeling and Barry Corbett with the aim of helping business owners raise finance. In 1995, Barry Corbett left to set up his own specialist printing business Blockfoil, which he still runs today and shortly afterwards, Simon Keeling (Jim’s brother) joined Corbett Keeling. The two brothers expanded Corbett Keeling’s focus to include selling businesses and worked on growing the business by developing their network of experienced business people who could bring them deals and work with them on advising these companies. In 2008, Corbett Keeling joined Globalscope, an international network of corporate finance boutiques to give greater access to international buyers and opportunities for its clients. Corbett Keeling moved to Angel Court in 2011 where it currently shares an office with Equiteq, consultants in the support services sector.
