Contemporary Literary Review India or CLRI is a quarterly literary journal in English based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. It was first founded in 2010 by Khurshid Alam on blog. But its popularity grew among the writers from around the world and by 2014 it has already attracted more than 200,000 viewers. Now it has its own domain. CLRI publishes a wide variety of creative pieces including poems, stories, film reviews, book reviews, essays, criticism, arts, and photography of the best quality of the time from around the world. Its sole aim is to promote writers and their writing. It provides a platform for new writers to establish themselves and experienced writers to extend their popularity. In addition to publishing, it runs a number of programs to promote writers such as it nominates its writers to various literary prizes and awards, or to conduct interviews, and write reviews on their books. CLRI comes out in two editions - (1) online with Feb/May/Aug/Nov schedule, with ISSN 2394-6075 (2) print, annually by December each year with ISSN 2250-3366. Contributors Our notable contributors are Ashok Patwari, Dr Dalip Khetarpal, Daniel Thomas Moran, Gary Beck, , Walter William Safar. Blurbs CLRI brings out blurbs on the publishing credits of the writers. It publishes announcement about the book releases, awards the writers win, and conduct interviews. Awards CLRI nominates the writers published with it to various literary awards and prizes.
