Lincoln Cortez Velasquez, (born October 27, 1991), popularly known as CongTV, is a Filipino web-based comedian, YouTube personality and vlogger. He has garnered more than a million subscribers on his channel Career YouTube Cong created his channel and uploaded his first video which is a music video parody of a track by Silent Sanctuary back in 2008, he continuously uploaded videos until he started to get attention by creating parodies and reaction videos about the recent and viral stuff in the Philippines. Velasquez also makes vlogs which always trend in the YouTube PH platform trending list. Personal life Velasquez is currently in a relationship with fellow vlogger Viy Cortez, Velasquez also owns 'Cong Clothing', a clothing line where he sells his merchandise and designs about his trademark lines from his videos.
