ComunionERP

ComUnion ERP is an open-source, web-based ERP system.

ComUnion stands for Comprehensive, Unified, Information System. It is a fully functional, open platform for Enterprise Resource Planning and Management for the small and medium enterprises.

ComUnion ERP Community edition is licensed under the GNU Public License Version 3 therefore it is free to download, free to use, free to modify, and free to redistribute.

The project was started on late 2007 by the Research & Development team of IT Group, Inc. and was officially launched in SourceForge on October 2008. The current version 0.4.0-alpha was released 10 November 2008.

Architecture
ComUnion ERP is written in PHP. It uses MySQL databases. It can be installed and run on both Windows and Linux platforms.

Status
The project is still in the alpha status of development.

The latest release is Version 0.4.0-alpha, released in November 10, 2008. This version includes:
* Cash and Check monitoring; deposit, check replacement, bounced and pullout checks
* Purchase ordering
* Monitoring of incoming inventory based on PO
* Payable processing; vouching, check issuance for multiple voucher, payable adjustment

Previous releases

Version 0.3.0 includes:
* Sales order processing with basic discounting and approval facility
* Sales invoicing referencing to booked order and delivered transaction
* Delivery receipt for inventory tracking based on approved orders
* Official receipt with automatic check entry
* Account receivables adjustment
