Competence Call Center (CCC) is a BPO and Customer Service provider with more than 5,500 employees in 8 countries. CCC operates at 17 locations in Vienna (headquarters), Berlin, Biel, , Bratislava, Bucharest, Dortmund, Dresden, Essen, Gdansk, Istanbul, Izmir, Leipzig, Paris and Zurich. History CCC was founded in Vienna on 1 July 1998 by Thomas Kloibhofer. In 2001 the opening of the location in Berlin represented the expansion outside of Austria’s borders. Since 2005, CCC has expanded into Switzerland, Slovakia, Romania, Turkey, France and Poland and opened five further locations in Germany. CCC is organizing the CCC Convention - an international event for the Customer Care and BPO industry - every year. Awards / Certifications Awards CCC has received 51 Awards, including the “Customer Service Team of the Year” with Samsung at the International Business Stevie Awards 2015 as well as with Verivox at the German Stevie Awards 2015 and the “Best Partnership” with TCS at the “Golden Headset Award”.
