COMPEQ Manufacturing Company Limited. The Group's principal activities are manufacturing and selling of multi-layer printed circuit boards (PBCs) for computer use, integrated circuits (ICs) for packaging substrate and computer microchips. Products include computer field mainly for server, workstation, notebook PC, mobile phone, base station, flip chip IC substrate and CSP IC substrate. Operations of the Group are carried out in Taiwan, the United States of America and the British Virgin Islands. Products On 2006/03/07 Chinese Website Mydrivers reported that Taiwan manufacturer COMPEQ (who also manufactured parts for PSP) has received orders from Sony to mass produce the HDI PCB (High Density Interconnect Printed Circuit Board) for the PS3. Although COMPEQ did not give an official announcement, rumor says the mass production starts in June or July of 2006. |
