ExPlus Corporation Limited () is a Taiwanese technology company established on the year 1997. ExPlus was run as an international trading company until 2007 they started manufacture printed circuit boards in their own. ExPlus supplies PCB, FPC, PCBA and components procurement. ExPlus has a background in all fields of circuit board fabrication, as well as board assembly; with capabilities such as HDI PCB, aluminum PCB, Flex-Rigid FPC, multi-layer boards, and assembly for 0201 components. ExPlus provides different surface finishes such as lead free HAL, gold plating, chemical gold/silver/tin, and RoHS compliant OSP. The products are environmental friendly and approved worldwide. ExPlus is active in FPC projects and turnkey assembly.
