Community Siren

The Community Alarm System was developed to protect the community from theft, robbery, and to prevent some of the human casualties that occur from human action or natural disasters.
Community Rescue Siren System(CRSS) is possibly most exclusive idea in Nepal that generally focuses on the technique that provides quickest possible rescue to the members associated in the community from daily impending incidents like theft, loots, robberies, any kind of accidents (fire, heart attack and so on) in the society.
Security turmoil is the pervasive phenomena in today world. Countries have been deploying huge resources to get rid of security challenges. Beside taking initiatives, deploying security equipments and security personnel by the government, more than 2/3rd of world population is beyond the reach of security and is not getting timely rescue since various underdeveloped countries like Nepal could not afford adequate security personnel with sufficient equipments. Most of the countries use police control, fire brigade or emergency numbers, 100, 911,101 etc with voice support for manual and recorded voice option. If the real incident occurs the victim cannot express his/her proper location or situation. The victim will bid to lose the asset what so ever while waiting for the reluctant and slow-motioned service provider’s arrival. In most of the cases, fire fighter cannot reach because of the narrow streets. Road traffic is another obstacle. Realizing the problems of most of the underdeveloped countries, we invented unique equipment named community rescue siren system (CRSS). Now, this is easier enough that one can get rescue from the nearest neighbor just pressing a button of his/her mobile or landline phone. He/she need not to make any voice over the phone, the equipment automatically bangs emergency siren with victim’s name within the community and sends the information to central police or fire brigade with location. When the emergency alarm is rang, all the members of the community will gather with fire extinguisher, first aid tools and some personal defending systems so that the earliest rescue is made.
Most of the People of Kathmandu Valley use this type of system, which was developed by the Nepalese Twins, Young technology researcher Ram Prasad Rimal and Laxman Prasad Rimal. The community siren system is very popular because it does not need the wire connection between one house to another. The existing land line telephone or a mobile phone can be used to activate the alarm when needed.
All the people residing in a community are trained in helping victims of crimes and natural disasters. Hundreds of events happen regularly, and the victims are rescued by members of the community.
If needed, the police help the system automatically dial the number(s) of the pre-defined police station.
