CommBox headquarters are in Glil Yam with an additional office in São Paulo. In 2020, it was used by the Israeli Ministry of Health to provide a WhatsApp chatbot to assist Israeli civilians during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. The company received seed funding from Ewave-group where both Yaniv and Eli worked alongside. Yaniv as a CTO and Eli as a marketing and business development manager. In 2020 the company rebranded and officially changed its name to Commbox, formerly BumpYard. The company is an official WhatsApp Business API provider and also collaborated with Facebook and the Israeli Ministry of Health to provide a WhatsApp chatbot to assist Israeli civilians during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. |
