Colleen Wasinger is an American attorney and Republican member of the St. Louis County Council. She has represented the third district since 2006. Early life and career Colleen Wasinger received her bachelor's degree in paralegal studies from Southwest Missouri State University. She then received her M.B.A and law degree from St. Louis University. and announced she would not be running for re-election but would consider running for the County Executive role.
