Colette Aboulker-Muscat

Colette Aboulker-Muscat was a neurologist.
Early life
Colette was born January 28, 1909 in Algiers. She was the daughter of Henri Samuel Aboulker (1876-1957), a professor of medicine, and a famous neurosurgeon and her mother who was a novelist well-regarded in France and North Africa. Colette spent a great deal of time as a young person assisting her father and learning all aspects of neurology. Colette graduated from her studies with degrees psychology, sociology, philosophy and physiology.
Career
She studied with Professor Desoille in Paris who developed his method called “Reve Eveille Dirige” or directed waking dream. Colette went on to develop her own therapeutic techniques based upon the family healing lineage that had been passed down to her. Her methods have been the foundation for the work of many Doctors, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Artists and Healers around the world
The Jerusalem Years
From 1954 until her death in 2003, Colette lived and taught in her garden in Jerusalem.
Colette died November 25, 2003 (Jerusalem).
Awards
Colette was awarded the Catholic Church's medal of exorcism from a Catholic monastery for achieving great success in the treatment of possession.
For her efforts in the resistance during WWII, Colette was awarded the Croix de Guerre.
