Clockodo

Clockodo is an online time tracking software for freelancers and small companies, developed by Hofmann & Romanek Webtechnologie. The product is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) and the interface is available in two languages: English and German.
Features
The worktime is recorded using a time clock with information on the current task. The time clock can be used on the website, as a standalone software (for Windows, Mac, and Linux) or on any smartphone using the webapp. For Android and iOS, there are native apps. Times that have not been stopped during the work can be entered manually via the website. The analyses of the hours worked can be customized to the requirements of the company by grouping or filtering after the criterias entered.
Teamwork
Clockodo supports any number of co-workers. The company owner determines whether a given user may see only her/his own time entries or may also analyze company-wide reports or edit client and project data.
Import and Export
Clockodo can import existing data from that system. With some online systems this can be done automatically via an API interface; in other cases data can be read from a .csv file. All clockodo data can be exported in .csv format.
Multilingual Features
Each user can use clockodo in their preferred language (german or english) and timezone. In the reports, work times from other employees are converted on the fly to the timezone of the actual user. Since the tool supports different timezones and languages in one account, it is used by teams distributed all over the world. clockodo is most used in its home country Germany, followed by the United States.
Exact traceability
Usign the clockodo time clock, it can be exactly reproduced when someone started working on a task and when he or she completed it. Furthermore one can see when someone had a break or edged another task in.
Software as s Service
Clockodo is a web-based service, so it can be used on any operating system through a web browser.
