ClinicJot

ClinicJot is a therapy patient management platform that consists of an iPad based Electronic Health Record (EHR), practice management and medical billing system. ClinicJot was founded in 2012 and is based in London, England.
History
ClinicJot launched its Minimal Viable Product in 2012 designed specifically for the iPad. It was the worlds first fully native EHR for Therapists, enabling them to manage all aspects of their practice via an iPad.
In 2014, ClinicJot raised funding to develop ClinicJot Pro, released in March 2016. ClinicJot Pro allows its user to store all of their patient medical records on a secure HIPAA cloud.
In June 2016, ClinicJot was awarded at the UK SME Awards 'App of the Year'.
Technologies
The backend of ClinicJot was built using open source technologies which include Linux, Python and MySQL. The front end is a native iOS application developed in Swift.
ClinicJot comes in two versions, ClinicJot Classic and ClinicJot Pro. The latter uses a secure HIPAA compliant server which ensures that its users data is available via the cloud. Users have the ability to directly mark up on photos, drawings and charts using the screen of the iPad and can also write hand written notes via a stylus.
Users have the ability to instantly compile both appointment and total medical history records, which can be sent directly to their patients.

Versions
ClinicJot comes in two distinct varieties, Classic & Pro.
ClinicJot Classic is free to use via the AppStore and allows users to store all their patient records directly onto their device.
ClinicJot Pro allows its users to customise all aspects of the platform including accessing 2GB of HIPAA compliant storage. It also includes advance reporting and the ability to fully brand the application including generated documents with their own branding.
