ClauseMatch is a digital, cloud based collaboration platform designed to make contract negotiations more efficient. Based in London, the company was founded by Evgeny Likhoded, Peter Dijkstra, and Yossi Abramov in 2012. Using a proprietary software platform, ClauseMatch provides a collaborative working space with tools designed to expedite and simplify the master agreement negotiation process between two or more parties. Recognition In June 2014, ClauseMatch was selected to be one of 11 finalists to participate in the Barclays Accelerator program managed by Techstars. The program was a 15 week mentorship program for startups in the fintech industry. In September 2014, ClauseMatch won the BBVA OpenTalent Europe 2014 contest in the "New Banking" category, receiving a 30,000 Euro contract with BBVA. |
