Claude Chassagne

Claude E. Chassagne is a chef and food consultant based in New York City. He has been a culinary professional for over 20 years, working in the kitchens of renowned restaurants in both Paris and New York, as well as consulting and developing menus for various venues in New York metropolitan area. He has also taught at Manhattan's French Culinary Institute. Chassagne is currently Chef/Owner of Chubo Restaurant in New York City.

His is the son of French photographer Claude Chassagne, the nephew of actress Micheline Presle, and the cousin of César winning film director, Tonie Marshall. He is married to Japanese TV producer, Shinako Sudo.
