Chuck Garcia is an American author, professional public speaker, mountaineer and the founder of Climb Leadership International. Early Life and Education Garcia grew up in West Point, New York. He received his bachelor's degree in finance from Syracuse University and his Master's in organizational leadership from Mercy College. in 2013. In 2017, he became an adjunct associate professor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Engineering.
