Chris McElroy is an American SEO expert, known primarily for his unique approach for internet business development and long term online growth. One of the first SEO "guru's" focusing on unique website content, his primary website, is extremely well known as one of the top content provider sites in the world.

Chris McElroy is heavily involved in Internet Governance as well. Better known under the pseudonym "NameCritic", As a member of the general assembly and DNSO working groups under ICANN, he has taken a stand for the rights of domain name owners and individual users of the Internet. Currently, a member of the GNSO Mailing List under ICANN, he continues to encourage ICANN to consider individual users and domain owners as more important than corporate or big business interests.

Entirely privately funded by personal donations from the community at large. The Kidsearch Network is considered the most productive missing children's organization in the U.S.A. that does not receive it's funding from the U.S. government.
