Chris Denton (born August 28, 1991) is an American football wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. Denton played college football at Mount Union. College career Denton played college football at Mount Union and was a member of the 2012 Division III National Championship team. He also played in the 2011 National Championship game, which Mount Union lost 13-10 to University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Professional career Tampa Bay Buccaneers On August 5, 2013, Denton was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With his signing and teammate Marvin Booker, the Buccaneers waived safety Troy Nolan and wide receiver Bobby Sewall. |
