The country is located south of Foggyland and southeast of Eagleland. It is suggested that this country is based on a combination of Asia and Africa. Dalaam and Scaraba are the only town in Chommo while Deep Darkness is an underdeveloped swamp.<ref name="earthbound"/><ref name="wikibound"/> Chommo is the only nation in Eagle that doesn't have "land" as a suffix.<ref name="wikibound"/> Chommo's name is just a Romanization of its Japanese name; the identical situation that Foggyland had.<ref name="wikibound"/>
