Chartered Wealth Manager

Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) is an international professional designation offered by the American Academy of Financial Management to wealth managers, relationship managers and private bankers who complete an intensive executive education program and a rigorous examination. In order to become a "CWM Charter Certified" candidates must have a minimum of three years of professional work experience, a finance or management degree, complete an executive conversion program and pass the examination.
CWM charter certification holders are also obligated to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards governing their professional conduct.
The CWM was the first "vendor neutral" Wealth Management Certification. Certifications must be issued from AAFM in the United States to be authentic
