Charlotte Sweeney (born 5 November 1972) is a British business manager and campaigner for equal rights in employment. Career Sweeney began her professional career at Barclays before joining Nomura International, an investment bank in 2009. She founded her own company, Sweeney Associates, which was used by the City of London's 686 plan. In 2013-14 she led a review of the Women on Boards Executive Search Voluntary Code on behalf of The Secretary of State Vince Cable & Lord Davies. Sweeney was awarded the Freedom of the City of London in 2014. She is a Liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Management Consultants.
