Centre for Rescue Education (CERGA) is a unit in Poland responsible for specialist, periodical trainings for fire fighters and chemical rescuers working in Grupa Azoty S.A. CERGA was established on the basis of Plant Fire Service in . History In April 2013, the Management Board of the Grupa Azoty appointed the Team for Fire Safety. Its members, in addition to the Plant Fire Service, were the units of fire safety from the plants in Tarnów, Police, , as well as the Plant Rescue Service of Grupa Azoty SIARKOPOL and Siarkopol the Mine Rescue Station. The cooperation of the rescue and fire fighting units allowed to establish one entity responsible for the training matters and experience exchange. CERGA started its activity on 12 March 2015 during the inauguration training for chemical rescuers. The basic task of the unit is raising qualifications and improving the skills of employees of Grupa Azoty, who are responsible for rescue work, security and fire safety. The activity of the Centre for Rescue Education is performed in: * Grupa Azoty S.A., * , * Grupa Azoty POLICE, * , * Grupa Azoty SIARKOPOL, and other entities interested in taking benefit of the training offer.
