Carla Boudreau (born Carla Ann Hyra August 6, 1969 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) is a television and film actor. She has played a variety of roles, including the ascended being Oma Desala in the Stargate SG-1 episode "Maternal Instinct". She is sometimes credited as Carla Michaels and early in her acting career Carla White. Biography Early life Carla was born in Vancouver, B.C., then grew up in Port Coquitlam, B.C., and later Langley, B.C. with her 2 sisters and 1 brother. Career After high school, she was an international model doing print, catalogues, and commercials for 10 years, then at age 26 decided she was tired of traveling overseas, so she decided to try acting.
