Cambridge University Wine Society

Since 1792, Cambridge University Wine Society has provided a friendly forum for students and alumni of the University to sample wines from some of the world's greatest producers.
Past speakers
Past speakers include Anthony Hanson MW, presenting the wines of Les Hospices de Beaune and Tim Stanley-Clarke, who presented a range of ports from the Symington Family Estates.
Past tastings
Annual dinner and garden party
The society has a membership of over a thousand students and holds popular weekly tastings throughout Michaelmas, Lent and Easter terms.. The society holds an annual Garden Party in during 'May Week', a week in mid-June when students traditionally celebrate the end of exams and attend May Balls and an annual dinner in February.
