CalCon is an annual gaming convention held in Kalmar, Sweden at Jenny Nyströmskolan every year in the weekend of week 8.
CalCon was founded by the role playing society Eagles of role playing 1993. 2001 CalCon got a completely new committee and
a new society was created - CalCon. The only goal of the society CalCon was to run the gaming convention CalCon. Now the
society hosts gaming weekends in Kalmar now and then. Its a small and familiar convention where anything can happen.
CalCon holds al sorts of events like:
role-playing game
freeform
live-action
card games
board games
miniature wargames
and some more that can't be specified and has to bee experience by your self.
The attendance is around 200 visitors each year.
