Buster Doe is a super hero thats part of Phoenix Jone's Rain city super hero group,Which operates in Seattle and Lynnwood, Washington. His costume is made up of A silk bandanna,covering the lower half of his face,loose pants,and a hooded black sweat shirt with a bullet proof vest underneath. He remains neutral on if he wants to be a cop instead of a citizen in costume.His feelings on the subject were revealed when he was interveiwed along with Rain city super hero group leader,Phoenix Jones,and Fellow member Red Dragon,on Abc news,he commented ,when asked about it, "I dont know,this is a transition,I would definitly look into something like that,but as far as right now this is what im doing." Crimes stopped so far * In Seattle,Washington, Buster Doe assisted Phoenix Jones in breaking up a bar brawl. *In Seattle Washington,Buster Doe assisted Phoenix Jones and other members of the Rain city super hero movement, intervene with a threatening harassment complaint.
