BUDDY SOCIETY

Buddy Society is a one-of-a-kind teddy bear apparel line based out of Los Angeles, CA.
In 2004, Violet Valen founded "Buddy Society" through customizing her wardrobe's hoodies to meet her busy lifestyle. As an apprentice to Sidney J. Bartholomew, Violet created comfortable clothes with personal flare. Her designs have appeared on celebrities such as Frankie Muniz on "Late Night with Conan O'brien" and Nickelodeon's "Kids' Choice Awards".
"Buddy Society" officially debuted in a 2005 fashion show that featured Season One Project Runway model winner Julia Beynon.
Every piece of "Buddy Society" is handmade using vintage fabrics and rare teddy bears found in antique and thrift stores all over the world.
