Bruce McLachlan (born September 8, 1971) is an English author and artist currently living in Washington, United States. McLachlan was born in Hornchurch, England. He studied display design at Havering College. Since the mid nineties, Bruce McLachlan has been a prolific author of erotica and many of his works contain a strong sci-fi or fantasy element. They are also well known for their often intricate plot lines, vibrant characters, and sensual scenes of BDSM activity. A large number of his works also cross reference and feature ties to one another. This has become known as the World of Cabal. Shadows of Torment was in development by sci-fi channel UK to become a computer animated series. Tony Luke was commissioned to work on the project, but later turned to his own project ‘Dominator’ with Alan Grant.
