Angel Favazza

Angel Favazza (born 1975) is a published poet who works as an English and Creative Writing teacher at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Her poems have appeared in numerous literary magazines such as Illogical Muse, Aoife's Kiss, Necrography, Star*Line, Scifaikuest, Cat Fancy, Ceremony: A Journal of Poetry, Down in the Dirt, Poet's Haven, Write On: Poetry from Around the World, Dark Gothic Resurrected, and Soul Fountain: Art & Literary Journal, among many others.
Her first poetry collection, An Avid Eye is forthcoming from Pudding House Press in 2009. Her sci-fi poetry book, Cybernetic Rattling is forthcoming from Sam’s Dot Publishing in the winter of 2009. And her third poetry collection, A Rinsing Rain is also forthcoming from Pudding House Press in 2009.
Angel Favazza’s poems have been widely reprinted and internationally anthologized. Her writing reflects an interest in science fiction, modern philosophy, environmental issues, and popular culture.
