Brother for Sale

Brother for Sale, 50 Cents is a 1990 album and song performed by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, with the album being re-released in 2003. Several of the songs on the album, including the titular song Brother for Sale was featured in the video Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen: Our First Video. Mary-Kate and Ashley have stated in interviews that their brother did not like the song, and that they would sing it around the house just to tease him.
Reception
Public reception for the album was positive, with Brother for Sale, 50 Cents being one of the best-selling children's albums for 1992. The All Music Guide reviewed the album, stating that it "manages to be cute without becoming too treacly and features some surprisingly good songwriting".
Chart performance
The song Brother for Sale performed well on children's radio channels such as Radio AAHS, at one point ranking on the station's top ten listing.
