Ask for Janice is the 14th track on the Beastie Boys album Paul's Boutique. The song is only 11 seconds long, making it the shortest on the album, and the shortest track by the band. The track is a radio ad which states: "The best in men’s clothing Call Paul’s Boutique ask for Janice The number is ah (718) 498-1043 That’s Paul’s Boutique and they’re in Brooklyn.." This was an ad on the radio station WNWK 105.9 during The Gil and Pat Bailey show, this radio station was on late at night and played Reggae and Dancehall music. All of the ads in between the music were done by the voices of Gil and Pat Bailey. |
