Brett Phillips

Brett Adam Phillips (born 23 November 1974) is an Australian radio personality. Phillips has hosted World Sport Overnight on SEN 1116 weekends since 2005, but has also been a long-time contributor to Triple M's sport updates and Australian Football League coverage. Since 2007, he has worked almost exclusively for SEN 1116, hosting overnight show All Night Appetite as well as Sport Sentral on weekends where there is no AFL coverage to interfere with him. Affectionately known by his loyal band of listeners as BP or Beep, the freelance presenter is noted for his professional demeanour and knowledge on most sports, going beyond the realms of AFL into American sports, soccer and niche sports such as hockey and netball. Since 2008, Beep has become a part of SEN's AFL call team and looks as if it'll continue in 2009 as the call team looks to expand. Phillips has worked with 8HA Alice Springs as a commentator on the NAB Regional Challenge matches in 2006. He has also emceed many Australian rules football events in the NT. He regularly does correspondence work with RadioSport in New Zealand.
